Hi Aqua,
My main suggestion would be to seek out meats that are both grain fed
and organic. Alot of people react to the hormones, preservatives and
pesticides that are found in most of the readily available produce
these days! I would also avoid corn syrup as much possible. You can
find high quality products that avoid the corn syrup and hormonal
meats :) at Farmer's Markets and various health food stores. There
are also online suppliers who deliver, but they can be a little
pricey.
I am very "anti" allergy shots myself. If you are already taking
insulin shots, I wouldn't mess with your body anymore than necessary.
Your body is very good at telling you what it can and can't handle, so
you should listen to it and treat it with great respect!
