I'll be injecting 50,000 i.u. of oil-based D3 monthly for starters.

Read my original posting.  I'm getting magnesium injections.  My chief 
problem absorbing magnesium orally has been my butyrate deficiency.  Of 
all the oral forms I tried before the butyrate, a 
calcium/magnesium/phosphorus combination was the most efficacious, but 
even with that I still need shots.
