Hello Rellie,

I have experienced this. It was everytime I used to eat ****k, or
anything containing any ****k deriative ( ****k gelatine etc). My throat
and mouth would swell. As soon as I left ****k alone I was fine. My mum
suffers with the same allergy. Allergenists don't always check for
****k allergies, as it's not always a recognised allergy.
Just keep an eye on what you eat and see if it happens again.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Tracy
