OK, first of all, Jesus never saw the Talmud. Second of all, there are
*not* any such passages in the Talmud. The Talmud is a very cryptic,
highly condensed text that is nearly impossible to read without a solid
background in Orthodox Judaism and Hebrew scriptures. You aren't going
to just flip open one of the sixty volumes and start reading.

You get verses like "The fully righteous cannot stand in the place of
the penitent sinner". Do you know what that means? Do you know that
there are whole books devoted to explaining that single line? The
Talmud is like that all the way through.

Guess you didn't read what I said earlier. "Christ" doesn't mean
"king". It means, "one who has been anointed". Kings were anointed
(Saul, for example), but so were prophets and others.

So anyone who had been anointed would have been a christ, but in
Hebrew that word would have been "mo****ach" - again, simply one who
has been anointed.

The Jews wouldn't have had a non-Jewish anointed one. Anointing was a
religious act.

Of course, because Jesus's profession was carpenter. He certainly
didn't attain fame as a result of that. You're just nattering away now.

Jesus wasn't a professional "rabbi"; he wasn't a professional teacher,
preacher, or healer. He was, according to Christian scripture, a
carpenter.

But the whole point of Jesus wasn't that he was or wasn't this or that;
it was what he taught. People get so worked up over Jesus being a
god-man, they forget to listen to his message. That's the im****tant
part.

But it's hard to do what Jesus did. So much easier to just put Jesus
up on a pedestal, as I said before, and wor****p him as a deity. That
way we don't even have to try to emulate him. Emulate a god? No way!

But that's what the message was all about.

You are a very redundant person, that's what kind of person you are.
