Most people claiming to be Vegan are not 100%, and often show
signs of malnutrition because of trying to be Vegan alone.
Watch them Legumes, they tend to cause digestion problems.

Also you need a "complete" protein, Beans by themselves are
not enough. But maybe you have figured that out.
