Forgot to take my AM meds

I just reached into the pill drawer to take the PM ones and found I missed 
the AM dose.  I have a reminder in Outlook and Yahoo set up, but I wasn't
on 
the computer today until a half hour ago.  The last time this happened, I 
had a seizure.  ****.  Thanks for listening
