Haven't had experience with it and off the top of my head I don't know
of any specialists in NM (sorry, I'm real helpful huh?) but wanted to
let you know you are not alone in battling endo.
Someone thorugh the ERC might be able to provide you with a listing of
docs recommended by others in your area...
