Another supposed procedure to control endometriosis, I do not now
believe that radiation treatment for endometriosis is a viable procedure
and personally wouldn't suggest anyone try it. I remember Dr. Lee of
Mayo Clinic being unhappy that she had radiation as I believe that it
can cause a great amount of scarring and adhesion of the internal organs
which in itself appears to cause problems of their own.
In my original posting I forgot to mention the deprolupron (missspelled)
injections in an attempt to induce menopause, done after a hysterectomy.
Nothing worked to stop the recurrence of the endo and stop the pain once
and for all was Dr. Lee's surgery.
