I'm trying to search for recipes for acid reflux. However what i'm
finding is that these recipes say to add onions, tomatoes, olive or
vegetable oil, garlic, etc.... I searched for foods to avoid and all
those came up. What gives? I just want to find recipes that can be
eaten and not have to suffer. Is there any book out there or anything
online that will have acid reflux safe recipes without the harsh
ingredients?
