Once I read it I decided that it was very helpful Despite it was so
brief book, but I think it's a kind of advantage (to be brief and
serviceable)
so I thought it worth sharing with you ..

The following part of this book in the section of Antidepressant
Medications To Judge it:

    SYMPTOMS:
Every child can be sad occasionally. However, to be diagnosed with
depression, the child=92s symptoms must be present for at least two (2)
weeks and represent a change from previous functioning. One of the
following two (2) symptoms must be present: 1) depressed mood, or 2)
loss of interest or pleasure. In addition, at least some of the
following symptoms are present:

=B7 Depressed mood most of the day
=B7 Diminished interest or pleasure in all activities most of the
day.
=B7 Significant weight loss or weight gain
=B7 Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much
=B7 Difficulty sitting still (restlessness) or slowing of movement
=B7 Feelings of worthlessness or excessive guilt
