I have a list of people names & extensions
All day.. I get interupted..
"can i speak to jo bloggs?'
me: 'no let me transfer you.. you have the wrong extension.. ' so I hit
RECALL , then tap in their extension number (e.g. 39293) and put the
phone down
this is a pain in the a for me.. I am dyslexic so I make mistakes
whilst reading...
Can I buy any equipment to make this easier for me?
I haven't told my employers I'm dyselxic incase it looks bad/people
misunderstand.. I know there are laws against disability discrimination
but.. I'm being realistic... people are misguided/ignorant.. I just
have to live with it..
