i just realized in writing and sending an email off to my new
coworker, and in realizing the tone of my posts here - i don't know
whether i should be worried about this with work, but i'm *not* "the
executive" tonight. i'm the kid adult michaela - who says things like
"Talk to me people" and "like".....and makes cutesy little jokes
and....just noticed it. is maybe cuz i have had kinda a play day with
therapist and running errands, and cuz i'm pumped to work with middle
schoolers, n we know we're doing the art tonight -- but we're kid
michaela. and kid michaela writes and talks in a very different tone
than adult michaela.
the note to coworker was sorta humorous - still asking her for her
feedback - but just -- friendly, kinda playful.
kinda nervous.
we signed it Michaela. But we went, this is not the usual Michaela who
does work!!
