Hello Everyone,
On behalf of a research team I would like to invite residents of UK to
participate
in a mobile phone study. This study is focused on gathering design
preferences of users with disabilities, in-order to improve the
hardware and functionality of mobile phones. The purpose of this
project is to improve the accessibility of mobile phone for users who
are blind, visually impaired, or who have limited upper extremity use.
We
need you to either join us as a participant and/or to help recruit
participants for a focus group. All those interested please reply to
this email and I will send you the flyer which has more details about
the project.
I am the Graduate Research Assistant on this project and the principle
investigator of this research is Dr. Tonya Smith-Jackson. She is a
professor at Virginia Tech, USA and has worked on several research
projects on universal design and accessibility.
