Hi All,
I want to let the world know this is a day of celebration. I lost 30
pounds and have kept it off for 1 year. Yeah! Just a few changes
every day will make a huge difference over time. I used this great
program that I found on the internet but here I'll share a just a few
weight loss tips;
Celebrate small steps. A one pound loss is a cause for celebration;
soon it will be two then ten, twenty and so on. But one pound is a
great start! Celebrate.
Fill in between meals with healthy snacks like fruit and low-fat
yogurt. Eat grapes and berries instead of chips.
Try freezing your chocolate or cookies. Eat them frozen and you=92ll
have to go slow.
You don=92t have to give up your favorite treat. Almost every type of
snack food now comes in 100 calorie packs. Cookies, chips,
chocolate. Just stick to small ****tions, take your time and really
enjoy what you are eating and don=92t feel guilty about it, that just
leads to more eating.
More later, I'm off to celebrate my weight loss victory.
