FISHES, CRUSTACEANS AND MOLLUSKS:
albacore, anchovy, angler fish, bib, blue whiting, bonito, cod, conger
eel, hake, horse mackerel, meagrim, mullet, salmon, sole, trout, tuna,
turbot,
sea crab, lobster, Norway lobster, scampi,
octopus, snail,

OILS: olive,

VEGETABLES: asparagus, bean, beet, beetroot, broad bean, cabbage,
cauliflowers, celery, chestnut, courgette, eggplant, fennel, lactarius
(mushroom), leek, lettuce, onion, parsley, pea, peppers, potato, radish,
sweet potato, turnip,

FRUITS: almond, apricot, avocado, banana, cherimoya, cherry, date, fig,
grape, grapefruit, lemon, orange, peach, pear, persimmon, plum,
pomegranate,  quince, walnut, watermelon,

DRINKS: beer (malt), wine,
