I Know How Hard It Can Be...This my life revealed

by weklypak <weklypak@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sep 21, 2008 at 02:40 PM

From early in my childhood, I was about 8 years old, I noticed that
other kids would make fun of me just for being a couple of punds
overweight. Some of them would even make their days just by mocking
me. I was awful, degrading. Our society does not help either. We all
know that our favorite foods come from places like Mc Donald's or
Burger King. I used to love those foods and I still do. Anyways, as I
grew up my eating habits didn't change. It was hard for me to control
it. In fact, I even gained more pounds. The dating time came and I
wasn't able to get a date. No body wanted to go out with me. I was
able to have tons of female friends but none of them would date me. I
finished High School not even knowing what a kiss was from a girl was.
Time past and now I was attending University. Thought things would be
different but NO. Everything was still the same. What is worst I was
now spending money trying every method and every diet to lose weight.
I wanted to be fit. I wanted to change. I wanted to start a new life.
I remember it was May of last year. One day I woke up and said to
myself: "Hey it's been enough." So I started by myself. Changing the
way I was thinking. That's the first obstacle I had to overcome. I
wasn't easy. After all the trial and failures. It is very easy, in
fact, it is inevitable to believe that it can't be achieved. But I
thought to myself if others have been able to lose those 5,10 or even
more pounds that means that I can. You know the reason why people
can't achieve the weight they want? It is very simple:
Procrastination! Yes, we all do it! People put dieting off. It is way
too easy to wait until next week or tomorrow to start your diet. Don=92t
fall into this trap! Don=92t put things off. Don=92t wait until tomorrow
to start dieting. Don=92t wait for it to get sunny outside or for a
wedding invite to start losing weight. Don=92t even wait 'tll later
tonight to start (after you scarf down that Pizza!) Right NOW is just
as good of a time as any and you could be starting this as quickly as
your next snack or meal!

life for good...then go to the following website:
