The Weight Watchers cookbooks are very good. I have a whole collection.
Some have whole day meal plans, some one meal menus, and some are
single recipes. They are all good, the recipes work, they fit the
program, and I rarely come across something I don't like. They do both
veggie and carnivore meals and have a low carb option if you pick the
right stuff.
