Mastering the Zone, by Barry Sears Ph.D, which contains more than 
180 recipes for breakfast, snacks lunch and dinner, besides 
describing the dieting program for the end user.

The other ones, maybe equaly good books would be any cookbook on a 
classical, traditional French cuisine.
