THE NEW SITE IS UP!!!!!!!
If you're looking for an easy way to calculate your daily calorie intake,
find out what's in the food you're eating (PCF ratios), Plan calorie
controlled, Macronutrient ratio balanced meals, and do it all without a
degree in rocket science, then your lucky day has come because it's all
here, and it's all FREE!
Now, it's not complete, but here's what's new:
First...it now has it's own domain: http://www.GoodFood4You.com
(The old address will redirect you...for the moment)
Second...MEAL PLANNING is now ACTIVE!
Third...There is a new "Health and Fitness Resources" section. This holds
products that others have created which I think are pretty cool. Take a
look. Maybe you'll like something there. It's all priced pretty cheap too.
Now, I KNOW someone is going to have problems with the meal planning, so
I'm
going to produce a little video on how to use it, and that will be
accessible from the site as soon as it's ready.
In the meantime, feel free to ask questions via my email (in case you
don't
want the world to know you didn't know
what to do!).

P.S. I'm still building the ability to add your own foods into the list.
That will come very soon, but for the moment you'll have to make do with
the
7,149 food items that are in there so far. Other things in the "here real
soon" pipeline are the facility to record your progress and chart it, and
your own personal configurable blogspace. They will be here soon, but I
have
to sleep sometime! :-)
