orphan ideas

Paleo is probably the best idea in way-of-eating that has come along. Yet,

it seems dead here on usenet.

My problem with Paleo is that there is some divergence of opinion
regarding
what the diet was 100,000 years ago. Also, IMHO, it might be more
im****tant
to know what our diet was 1,000,000 years ago. The diet era would be most

im****tant during times that humans often died young and evolution had a
chance to change the race.

My feeling is that the two key books on Paleo are largely speculative on
what the actual diet should be. For example: Today's, culture is biased
against eating insects. In long past millennia insects may have provided
a
key nutrient.
