Quackwatch is where you get your information from? Now you are a
confirmed idiot, yet again. You have proven beyond a doubt that you are
getting all your information from very dubious sources. And you
discount some of the best sources of information as being quackery.
Your critical thinking abilities and independence of thought is highly
suspect,and I am being generous in the terms I use here. You are not
even close to being an authority on matters related to nutrition. You
