Good point. I had read online that honey is the preferred sweetener -
is that correct? Seems paleo to me. In any case, I will cut down on it

Well, now that has me flummoxed. Cow's cheese I would have figured, but
goats cheese too? I guess anything (apart from meat and organs) from
domesticated animals is out?
