The final and last part of this thread is about how one knows indeed,
if they are eating a Mediterranean-style diet.
Trichopoulou developed a score that made eating a Mediterranean-style
diet once again popular during the 1990s. This score was used in a
number of different research studies, including the one cited in this
thread.
I located information on this scoring system. It is as follows.
However, it really is not much different than what I pointed out in my
Analysis of Data thread. Emphasis those factors in your diet, and you
are eating a Mediterranean-style diet that will drastically improve
your chances of surviving long into old age, as well as cure
Syndrome-X.
