Bananas are paleo, but higher in carbs than other fruit. Best are the
berries. While I stock my freezer with raspberries, blueberries, and
blackberries from a farmer, I've seen frozen berries at the health food
store.

Tea does not need to be sweetened. If you can't go cold turkey then cut
back gradually.

Honey should be really rare on a paleo diet.
