I lived the whole grains & margerine life, and all it got me was fatter
and 
in poor health.
I've dumped the expert health advice of living on a diet of low fat and 
grains,  and switch to real foods again with plenty of butter too. Have
lost 
more weight than i can remember and feel great too with no constant hunger

pangs.
