Hello friends, I am 18 years old and 140 pounds in weight. I want to
loose about 35-40 pounds very quick. So I want to start a liquid diet,
but I have a few questions that I would like to ask real people, first
of all, I know liquid diets work, but my question is how much will I
loose in this diet? If I do this diet for a week would I lose much
weight? I plan on drinking a protein shake called slim fast, and also I
will eat maybe one tuna sandwich a day. And what is your opinion? Thank
