Right. This puts 1% milk with 100 cal per cup and 22 cal. from fat
into the high fat category which it is. The only other way companies
hide their fat is to make the serving size so small as to make it seem
the product is low fat, yet most people use much, much more of the
product....like spray oils, for example. They use the gimmick of
rounding down to do this making it look to the casual observer that
the spray oil is low fat where in fact is is almost ALL fat. Your
technique works well with most foods though. Good post. dkw
