Some of my favorites:
Turkey sandwich on wheat bread
Low-fat/non-fat Yogurt
Fruit dish with: melon, honeydew melon, pineapple, and red seedless
grapes
I haven't looked at other markets, but 7-11 stores carry this, and
it's a filling and quick meal, without busting your diet.
The fruit dish is especially nice with just a small packet of pepper
added to it - yum! :)
If your conveniece store doesn't have some of these, why not ask them
about carrying things like this?
