In my opinion our hypothalamus, the lizard part of our brain, that
integrates all the "food" signals without we even knowing about it, now
finally reacts to one of the im****tant insulin feedback signals : GLP-1.It
now finally recognises that we have eaten enough."We" are not used to a
set
amount, our hypothalamus is....Thus all that insulin is not the
solution...

Costs me a lot of consious energy to stop eating.The only thing that stops
the hunger is sleep or exercise.If the exercise becomes impossible because
of the pain from neuropathy I will defenitely try one of the incretin
therapies.
