I had a full body massage last night during which I focussed on 
remaining centered and approaching the MD with compassion rather than 
with combativeness.  Guess it worked!

I'm getting massages every 3 weeks now.  It seems to be strengthening my 
resistance to bugs going around, and it certainly feels good!
