Kidneys ache when sugar crashes

Hi all,
Do any of you ever feel pain in your kidneys (or that area) after a
sugar crash? Mine was high today and then crashed and my kidneys kind
of hurt. By high, I mean it went from 158 this morning to about 65 by
10:30.
See Nick, I have been testing. ;) hehe
Sometimes after it crashes, it feels like I am hungover and tired and
just achy. Does this happen to others? Ouch!
