The Optimum LDL is about 3,NOT LOWER......

Evolution is always a trade off, it's just never : "The more the better" , 
or : "The Lower the Better" .See the ACCORD study where the A1C had a 
optimum.See the Alzheimer study where the choleseterol had an optimum.See 
the body weight study where the BMI had an optimum (and not at BMI = 20 !)

The human body is  a Lean Mean Survival Machine fine-tuned to function 
optimal given the cir***stances by our ancestors.If the cir***stances 
changes, from nuts with dinosaurs to french fries with hamburgers than the

machine fails......

The LDL also has an optimum, it is actually higher than my last LDL.....

Interpretation: Among patients with type 2 diabetes, the association
