i have just taken over the world to install my own laws that will
clearly make life better for all.
the first one i have changed is the post-limit in newsgroups.
no more than 10 posts a day are allowed to all newsgroups and,
therefore, everyone is going to have to work on clarity, succinctness
and efficiency.
to make it easier there are no punishments on grammer or spelling.
