Just FYI- fistulas are not symptomatic of hypocondriasis.
I have all the qualifications, degrees and state licensures required
to say this with no reservations.
I agree, get a second option at a top notch teaching hospital with a
GI clinic ideally with an IBD clinic. If you live in the USA there is
probably such a hospital in your state, you may have to travel but it
will be well worth it to have appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
