By the way--you quoted the course of this thread incorrectly and
misleadingly. When I said "This is sheer ignorance" I was responding to a
statement about (a) Crohn's being due solely to environmental factors, not
(b) to the preceding statement about the advisability of seeking treatment
at teaching hospitals. You expressly rearranged the comments to make it
appear as though I was responding to (b) rather than (a). I hope this was
due to carelessness rather than any overt intent to mislead and distort.
