Complete surgical resection offers the only chance for cure of
gallbladder cancer. Unfortunately, only 10 to 30% of patients have
surgically resectable disease. Better outcomes have been noted in the
last decade, and attributed to more aggressive surgery and the use of
postoperative adjuvant therapy. Presently, various curative surgical
options for the different stages of the Carcinoma of Gallbladder has
