By the way--I see that this irresponsible nut Peters has cherry-picked his 
way through some Internet abstracts to find articles that put a positive 
spin on benzo use--what a lunatic and inconsiderate waste of bandwidth!
This 
kind of thing is preposterous--for every study minimizing the
dangers--many 
of them funded by the drug companies--there are as many independent
studies 
pointing to the severe side effects and dangers of these drugs.

The im****tant thing in all such cases is

(a) to read extensive accounts of actual users' experiences (available at
