Hi Jeff,
I was on those suppositories for several years. I never had a problem
with leakage, though they can melt, so store them in a cool place, NOT
THE BATHROOM. If you're really concerned about leakage, you can go to
the surgical supply store and buy a "chuck". This is a special pad you
place on the bed that is washable. They are plastic lined, absorbent,
and if they stain, who cares. I used these when I had to administer
enemas and they saved my sheets and mattress.
