I can't answer your question with any authority. I guess each person has to

go with whatever works for him/her. As for how to implant "good" bugs 
without having them devoured by stomach acid, who knows? Enteric coating 
can't hurt, and it might help. Whether it's absolutely necessary or not,
who 
knows? If the experts can't agree on this, then I have no firm answer.

OK, point taken. I'm a natural skeptic as well. But still, don't you
think our digestive tract is populated mainly through our mouth( food
we eat, etc.)? Otherwise, how did the bacteria get there?
