That's correct.  I have had VSL#3 in the fridge for a few months now.
I have been using it mainly as a stool softener since I do notice that
I develop a lot of flatuence with it.  If I develop more flatuence
then usual, then I am typically in a flare up.

That's the thing. Everyone is different. I also have not been getting
enough fibre in my diet too. I have switched to Silks Soy Milk
recently as well from regular skim or 1% milk.  I read somewhere that
babies can get allergic reaction to Soy milk and that can cause them
to have rectal bleeding. Thanks for the recommendation on the morning
protocol.

It's hard to say, for sure.  I have so many variables here that any
number of them could be the culprit.  Since I have been in remission,
a flare up doesn't typically happen over night.  Therefore, I imagine
the inflammation may have started a month ago?
