Hi all,
As always, before you make any changes to your lifestyle consult
someone who knows something.
From my experience though, I know more about my body than my doctor.
My doctor is in love with money and pharmaceutical companies. I know
because he keeps pictures of them all around his office.
Go to this website, print it, take it to your physician and discuss
the similarities between your disease and STARVATION

I have finally come to a solution after 2 years of searching.
Yes, consult someone who knows something before changing anything in
your lifestyle.
I'm 6'3 180 lbs.
My personal solution is drinking 3 liters or more of water per day,
eating more than 2,000 calories per day, breathing fresh air always,
exercising for an hour a day, and staying active. Drinking water
later at night, before bedtime when I can't drink water, and drinking
water when I wake up helps a lot.
I don't want to hurt anyone. I'm just saying this is what helped me.
This is a discussion group for Crohn's victims to share their stories
and ideas, right???
Consider this: especially the part describing the symptoms of
STARVATION and tell me if you think they are similar to the symptoms
of Crohn's disease.
