Over the years I have been told "it's only IBS you have". OK, but has my
mother died as a result of having ulcerative colitis and I read that UC
can
run in families. I would like to know could IBS end up as colitis?
I remember my mother having the same symptoms I am getting and no doctor
picked up IBS in those days. Can I be heading the same way?
