Good point, also I once read that the meat that the Eskimos eat (seals,
walrus, caribou) tends to be very high in vitamin D. Somehow nature knows
how to provide local inhabitants with what they need to survive. But
people
in other climates might actually get sick from eating those meats due to
vitamin D toxicity. The point is that different cultures and different
climates may have drastically different dietary intake due to the
nutritional content of what they eat.
People should not jump to a one diet fits all conclusion. Balanced
nutrition
is im****tant but how you get it differs from person to person and place to
place.
