That's a theory, Kent. Another theory is that we don't have enough worms in
our intestines.

I've found that a carbo-free/reduced diet has helped me tremendously.  But
do I know for certain that diet causes IBD? No, and neither does anybody
else (yet). So although I'll promote low-carb diet as helping me, I don't
say it's the cure.
