At my local health food store rice flour costs $1.55/lb. Is this a good
price or is mail order better? I like this flour and the other week I
needed some when the store was closed so I went and bought some of the
Bobs Red Mill at the supermarket.
I didn't like the way the Bobs flour cooked making something as simple
as pancakes. It just didn't cook like or taste as good as the stuff at
the health food store. Anyone here have the same experience? And how
about the other Red Mill products?
