Are Potatoes OK?

I've recently been on a potato kick.  Frying them up plain (using Pam) 
and sometimes adding ham, green beans, or both.  (all three together is 
an old favorite of mine.  I love my 1 pan meals!)  I've also been doing 
some physical work that looks easy, but it does involve using different 
muscles than the norm.

I've also been going through a lot more pain than I was (that's the only 
symptom) and I'm wondering if I'm just overdoing the physical labor, or 
the only other thing that is different is the potatoes and if anyone 
here has a problem with potatoes?
