Hi Martha,
My name is Kelli and I am Kathi's daughter. She wanted me to email and
let you know that she is in the hospital. She is in intensive care at
Mercy Medical Center Intensive Care Unit 1111 6th Ave Des Moines Ia
50314 rm 14. She suffered cardiac arrest 7+ times on the 14th and
lung failure.. She was given CPR equal times and put on a respirator.
They gave her 1 1/2 hours to live and by the grace of GOD is still
here. She was in a come for a while and has yet to be able to open her
eyes but is communicating as of this morning via sign language. The
miracles never cease. Thing are still very touch and go so all prayers
are welcome for a full recovery! She also indicated that you would
pass this on to all im****tant parties! Thank you and I will try to keep
you updated!
