Hundreds of Scots women who suffered silicone poisoning from leaking
breast implants will lose out on compensation because their medical
records have been destroyed by the NHS.
More than 400 women were in line to win up to =A3134,000 each after they
were left in hard****p because of illnesses caused by the controversial
implants. But vital files have been shredded meaning they can no longer
pursue their claims.
