long post-work accommodation

Well I think I may have worked my last day. As some know I am a
federal employee. Since my fall (still in wheelchair) my boss let me
work in the clinic in my town where I can park right outside the front
door. I use crutches to get in and leave a wheelchair at work. Tuesday
my boss called and said I have to re****t to my regular clinic 60 miles
away. I would have to walk a great distance to get into the building
even with handicapped parking. I'm still non weightbearing and much
use of crutches leads to shoulder bursitis. I'm still not recovered,
they (my boss) won't let me take pain pills not that I want to drive
using them anyway. I'm shocked, angry, sad about this. I told them I
can't get into the building. Their "accommodation" is to move my
office closer to the door- which makes NO difference. The problem is
from the car to the door, plus the additional 2 hours added to the
workday from driving= 10 and 1/2 hour days, plus the additional risk
of an accident due to driving, plus they do not keep ice off
sidewalks, plus I can not drive my 4 wheel drive in winter because it
has a clutch. I went to union- they are no help. My doctor wrote
letters of sup****t- no difference. I called and requested application
for disability retirement and am currently back on sick leave Kate
