In search of a sup****t group...

Just a note to say "thanks, folks, for being here." I've been trying to 
find an offline (as in real world -- yikes!) sup****t group for a while 
now. Last month I tried one that was a definite no go -- residents of an 
AL home all mixed in with a handful of caregivers, which was very 
distracting for all the caregivers. (Well, me anyway. I did not feel 
comfortable speaking frankly and felt like I should be taking care of 
all the people who were there!)

Tonight I tried another one. It was me and the facilitator. She and I 
had a great talk, but I need a community of real-life people who are 
going through this as well. I need to give as well as get.

So for now -- you're my lifeline. Thanks for being there!
